Yuga Labs has announced the acquisition of PROOF

Yuga Labs has announced the acquisition of PROOF startup, which is the developer of the NFT collections PROOF Collective, Moonbirds, Oddities, Mythics and Grails.

The report says that the firm plans to include Moonbirds in its gamified metaversion of the Otherside game.

"Moonbirds is a collection with great potential and a lot of brand—unifying elements with Otherside. We also look forward to PROOF Collective becoming an important part of our ongoing efforts in the field of art and community engagement," said Daniel Alegre, CEO of Yuga Labs.

Note that Yuga Labs refused to disclose any details of the deal.

It is also known that Kevin Rose, CEO and founder of Proof, will become an advisor to Yuga Labs. He stated that "the combined resources of the two companies will make it possible to innovate faster and attract more people."
