VanEck has reduced the commission in its spot Bitcoin ETF to zero
VanEck has removed the commission for managing the HODL fund. The special offer will last until March 31, 2025 or the capitalization of the ETF above $1.5 billion.
VanEck will not charge a fee for managing funds in its spot Bitcoin ETF until March 31, 2025. The total net capital inflow to the fund since the start of trading amounted to $251.39 million.
According to the official statement of the company, the special offer may be canceled earlier if the volume of assets under management (AUM) of the ETF exceeds $1.5 billion. In this case, the commission will be 0.2%.
According to SoSo Value, the VanEck Bitcoin Trust (HODL) fund controls $305.7 million worth of bitcoins. Net inflows into this ETF on March 11, 2024 amounted to $118.85 million.
