The Starknet Foundation has announced the creation of a Games Committee

The Starknet Foundation has announced the establishment of a Games Committee (GC) to further develop its ecosystem. He will be responsible for the formation of strategies and programs aimed at expansion into the relevant sector of the entertainment industry.

According to available information, the new committee will include six people. We are talking about the following people:

• Henri Lieto (Starknet Foundation);
• Oli Froiler (Starkware);
• Gabin Marinier (Focus Tree);
• Chris Lexmond (Unstoppable Games);
• Torrent van As (Cartridge);
• Loot Realms.

Representatives of the organization note that the committee includes both specialists from the cryptosphere and experts from the gaming industry.

The Starknet Foundation intends to rely on the development of programs that will attract developers from the field of interactive entertainment. The organization hopes that they will start creating games based on Starknet. This, in turn, will attract new users to the ecosystem.

The results of the Committee's work will be evaluated by several indicators. These include the number of daily users, as well as the level of audience retention and income.

In November 2023, the Starknet Foundation established a DeFi Committee. It also includes six people, and the main task is to implement and monitor the liquidity stimulation program.
