Consensys, the developer of the MetaMask cryptocurrency wallet, has announced the integration of the Robinhood Connect fiat-cryptocurrency bridge (on ramp) from the Robihood brokerage platform for operations with digital assets, The Block reports.

The new Robinhood Connect feature will allow users of the MetaMask wallet to buy cryptocurrency directly through the Robinhood brokerage platform. In turn, Robinhood's customers will be able to transfer and store their digital assets in the MetaMask wallet. At the moment, this feature is only available to users from the USA.

Lorenzo Santos, senior product manager at Consensys, explained to Fortune that if MetaMask users want to buy cryptocurrency, they will see offers from Robinhood. By clicking on the link, they get to the Robinhood interface, where they can make a purchase.
