Bybit and Binance received full approval in Kazakhstan
Each merchant must legally obtain a license to engage in P2P trading on the Binance and Bybit platforms against the national currency tenge legally
Bybit and Binance received full approval in Kazakhstan, strengthening their global presence as regulated Digital Asset Trading Facilities. Kazakhstan's strict regulations enhance its position as a crypto powerhouse, with Bybit and Binance leading the way in digital asset adoption.
Bybit and Binance's full authorization represents a significant milestone in their expansion, ensuring secure and compliant operations. Both Bybit and Binance have been fully licensed by the Kazakhstani financial regulator, a crucial step in their global expansion. Both exchanges are now authorized to operate as Digital Asset Trading Facilities after obtaining regulatory authorization from the Astana Financial Services Authority.
Despite this, a crypto exchange license does not mean that all those people who trade on P2P of these exchanges have become legal participants, it only means that the exchanges can provide such a platform, but each merchant must legally obtain a license in order to engage in P2P trading in the national currency tenge legally.
