Since January 25, all users have been allowed to place ads on the internal P2P platform.

Recall that in September 2023, CommEX acquired the Russian business of the Binance bitcoin exchange after its decision to leave the Russian Federation. The migration process between the platforms will take about a year.

Binance itself has completely stopped ruble operations since January 31, 2024.
