CommEX reported temporary difficulties with the ruble gateway
On February 21, the CommEX cryptocurrency exchange reported that it faced temporary difficulties in withdrawing rubles through the fiat channel.
"The conclusions on the map work, but the conversion rate is not very high," the representatives of the platform clarified in the ForkLog comment.
They also stated that the current situation has nothing to do with the suspension of QIWI Bank's withdrawals, since the exchange did not work with it.
At the time of troubleshooting, CommEX customers were advised to use the P2P marketplace.
Since January 25, all users have been allowed to place ads on the internal P2P platform.
Recall that in September 2023, CommEX acquired the Russian business of the Binance bitcoin exchange after its decision to leave the Russian Federation. The migration process between the platforms will take about a year.
Binance itself has completely stopped ruble operations since January 31, 2024.
