In a conversation with Encrypted, Binance stated that "at the moment, no separate measures are being applied to customers from Ukraine."
The company indicated that it works closely with law enforcement agencies, which can freeze accounts during investigative measures.
"It is important to understand that law enforcement agencies often have to freeze several accounts in order to determine which of them are involved in the investigation and which are not. Unfortunately, this means that these measures may affect ordinary users in some cases," the company added.
