Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin turned 30 years old
Ethereum co—founder Vitalik Buterin is celebrating his 30th birthday today. On his son's birthday, Dmitry Butorin shared with subscribers the first photo of the future crypto genius.
He also noted that Vitalik had been particularly passionate about computer technology since childhood — he literally did not leave gadgets, and by the age of 12 he had mastered the C++ programming language, after which he began writing video games.
Later, he immersed himself in the blockchain, and in 2015 Ethereum appeared.
On his birthday, Buterin wrote a post in which he said goodbye to childhood and revealed the secret of the sensational photo with a "great treasure", which became a real meme in the crypto community.
He finally revealed that it was just a cable in his pocket and even showed the model of the device.
In addition, in an article titled "The End of my Childhood", the creator of Ethereum stated that in recent years he has been inspired by young startups. He himself feels that his role as a startup is coming to an end, and new people and forces should replace him.
